3. Return Process

2) Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions.

3) After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
